A space of gastronomy in a jar is dedicated to refined delicacies, such as truffles, condiments for pasta and croutons, in oil, in vinegar, mustards for cheeses and sauces. In addition, Flavored Oils, Spices and Salts from all over the world.
A refrigerated part is dedicated to all those cold cuts and cheeses that you can also find on the cutting boards that we prepare in our Wine Bar.
The “cinta senese” and the “grigio” cured meats (they are two breeds of pigs that live in the Sienese area) worked with ancient seasoning techniques, secrets that have been handed down from father to son in the Tuscan countryside.
Salami, hams (where the fat part is tastier than the lean part !!!), fennel, capocollo, lonzini seasoned under Chianti wine, lonzini seasoned with field spices such as wild fennel: these are just some examples of what you can find at the Alessi Enoteca.
The cheeses are Pecorini: fresh, seasoned, blue-veined, drunk, with truffles, with chilli pepper etc .: they are all produced in Tuscany in the area of Montepulciano and Pienza.
In addition to pecorino cheese, Enoteca Alessi has a selection of blue and non-blue cheeses, which come from small producers in northern Italy, all selections that you will only find in the Enoteca !!!
