Podére Santa Bianca is where the Gaiaschi family live and work. A quiet space between gentle hills, looking to the east of the valley of the Cecina river. The whole valley is preserved, as a wildlife regional reserve.

The climate is dry, and each day the west wind brings the hint of sea. The fields, all around the house, have been cultivated using natural agriculture.

With a long experience as distillers, Podére Santa Bianca blends the local essential oils with the best ones chosen from all over the world.

The current of steam distillation procedure was practiced in ancient Egypt already, and it doesn't involve any chemical agent. It's simple to tell, but very difficult to master.

Experience, craft and passion are the (not so) "secret ingredients" of the Essentia Series.

Essentia makes easy for bartenders using completely natural aromas. The Essentia spray products are just oil and organic alcohol. The 50ml bottle allows more than 400 sprays.
