Area: Valle del Belice - Gibellina (Trapani,Sicily)
Wine: Grillo 2018
100% Grillo DOC Sicilia - White
Grillo inherits the fresh, floral hints of the Sicilian DOC Grillo grape, with notes of green tea, bread crust, and orange blossom.
A perfect match for a swordfish carpaccio, mussels, or aubergine pesto.
Wine: Perricone 2017
100% Perricone DOC Sicilia - Red
Deep red color with notes of red berries, black pepper, and Mediterranean spices. It tends to acquire hints of licorice with aging.
A perfect match for fresh cheeses, pork, lamb chops, or green olive patè.

Pinot Bianco - White
A lively white wine with apple, citrus, and ripe pineapple notes. An ideal aperitif wine because it matches light starters, pasta, and fish.

Pinot Noir - Red
Pinot Noir Reserve with bodily notes of berries and cherries. A perfect match for meat, game, or salty cheese.

90% Negroamaro, 10% Malvasia - Rose
Coral red color, raspberry and strawberry notes with a dry finish. A great match for fish soup, white meat, or raw seafood.

90% Negroamaro, 10% Malvasia - Red
Aged in the Barrique for 24 months and then aged in the bottle.
Red fruit notes, with hints of black pepper and leather. Gently tannic, its perfect match is venison with porcini mushrooms.

Wine: Moscato d'Asti Bruna
Moscato grapes - spumante wine.
An intense wine with wisteria, acacia flowers, honey, and sage notes. The perfect pairing for a fruit tart. It is surprisingly versatile with Indian food or, served chilled, with oysters.

Area: Campegine (Reggio Emilia, Emilia Romagna).
Since 1950, Cantina: Riunite & CIV means Lambrusco, but Lambrusco is not the only wine produced by this association of producers.
Wine: Maschio dei Cavalieri Rive di Colbertaldo ’17
Maschio dei Cavalieri is one of the Riunite & CIV labels. Rive di Colbertaldo is a Prosecco with 85% Glera grape and 15% other grapes.
Elegant and fruity, it pairs well with fish, shellfish, or fresh fruit.

Red bubbling Lambrusco wine.
Intense and spiced, the Albinea Canali Lambrusco wine “OttocentoNero” matches pork, hearty soups, or cheese.

100% Sangiovese - Brunello, red wine.
Brunello is a perfect match for red meat, venison, or game. Its complex structure makes it a great meditation wine too.

Slightly less structured than Brunello, a Rosso di Montalcino matches well with red meat, cheese, or risotto.
