Roberta’s Pork Fillet with Brandy and Brandy Sour - recipes and offer
Ingredients (4 People)
- 600/700gr (1.3/1.5lb) Pork Fillet;
- salt, pepper, Extra Virgin Olive Oil;
- Chopped Pistachios;
- 1 Glass Brandy.
Recipe
- Salt, pepper and oil the fillet;
- Batter the fillet with the chopped (just chopped, possibly)pistachios;
- Lay the fillet in a preheated pan with EVOO;
- Brown over medium heat, turning the fillet now and then;
- When the fillet has a nice golden colour, gently add the brandy (medium heat);
- Let the alcohol evaporate for 30 seconds, cook (low heat) for 15 more minutes;
- Serve on a chopping board slicing in 1cm slices and dressing with the brandy / pistachio sauce from the pan.
